Mr Sohan Lal Badoni is the Executive Chef who is the mastermind behind the exceptional food created at Joy. Badoni is one of the few Indian international chefs with the necessary experience and repertoire to accomplish such a formidable task.
Head-hunted by Joy’s Managing Director, Ziaul Haque, he won great acclaim training with the world famous Taj Hotel Group, later perfecting his art during executive stints with other prestigious Indian restaurants in the UK.
His showcases at food festivals and in gourmet capitals around the globe have attracted great accolades and he ranks among the world’s most distinguished chefs who have cooked for some very high profile guests, Prince Charles to name but one.
